At Contemporary & Esthetic Dentistry, we work to achieve beautiful, stunning smiles for our patients, but our team also understands that major restorative or cosmetic changes can sometimes make patients feel a bit apprehensive about how they will look following their treatment. For this reason, our practice now offers PreNew Preview®.
Using PreNew PreView®, Dr. Marianna Farber can provide you with an opportunity to actually “try on” your new smile prior to your procedure. With a trial smile in place, you can get used to your new look and decide if any adjustments need to be made prior to your procedure. Ultimately, PreNew PreView® helps Dr. Farber better achieve exceptional results and higher levels of patient satisfaction.
Benefits of PreNew PreView®
With PreNew PreView®, you can “test drive” your smile and see what the results of your cosmetic or restorative dentistry procedure will potentially look like before making your final decision. Some other key benefits include:
- No drilling or anesthesia necessary
- Greater accuracy than digital smile previews
- The ability to wear smile trials home to show family and friends
How it Works
In your initial consultation with Dr. Farber, a customized treatment plan will be created to address your individual goals and needs. Then, a “before” photo will be taken, and Dr. Farber will make a mold of your teeth. The mold and photo will be sent to Jason J. Kim Oral Design New York Center, a prestigious lab known for creating excellent restorations and cosmetic dentistry solutions. At the lab, a mock-up of your restoration or cosmetic dentistry results will be created. This mock-up can then be applied directly to your teeth so you can see what your potential results may look and feel like. This can be particularly helpful for procedures such as porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, dental implants, and full mouth rehabilitation.
